Conaprole low heat skim milk powder is made from fresh, skimmed, pasteurised and evaporated milk, which undergoes low heat thermal treatment. It is then dried through a spray drying system, and finally it is packaged according to presentation.
It has a wide range of applications including reconstituted milk, and as an ingredient in milk beverages, dairy desserts, chocolate, bakery and confectionery products.
It is particularly suitable for cheeses and yogurts elaboration.
Recommendations for reconstituted milk:
• To prepare 1 glass: add 1½ tablespoon (18 g) of milk powder to half a glass of warm, previously boiled water. Mix vigorously and complete the glass (200 mL).
• To prepare 1 L: add 7½ tablespoons (90 g) of milk powder to half a liter of warm, previously boiled water. Mix vigorously and complete to 1 L.
