Whey Powder – D40

Conaprole partially demineralized cheese whey powder (D40) is made from skimmed cheese whey, which is nanofiltrated and concentrated through a vacuum evaporation system. It is then dried through a spray drying system and finally packaged according to presentation.

It has a wide range of applications including dairy products, such as ice-creams and flavoured milks, bakery, confectionery, and meat products.
